1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been processed or dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact us promptly at support@gianmart.com with your order details.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation by Gian Mart
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days, and you will be notified via email.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
Since we primarily deal in stationery products, returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@gianmart.com with the following details:

Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference. Returns without valid proof of issue or reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging materials.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized stationery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received damaged or defective.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (such as Razorpay, debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or damaged product delivery).
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

8. Exchange Requests
In some cases, instead of a refund, you may opt for an exchange of the same product (if available in stock). Exchanges are subject to verification and product availability. Please mention your preference clearly when contacting us for a replacement.
9. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request images or video evidence for verification. Once validated, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost.
