At Gian Mart, we are dedicated to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your purchases. By placing an order with Gian Mart, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this policy.
1. General Shipping Terms
Gian Mart provides shipping services across India through trusted courier partners. Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the items are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within the specified time frame.
We currently offer delivery services only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of a delay due to stock availability, high demand, or other operational reasons, customers will be notified via email or SMS.
Customized or special orders may take longer to process, and the extended dispatch time will be communicated at the time of order placement.
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the courier service used, and external conditions. In most cases, deliveries are completed within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. For remote or rural locations, additional time may be required.
After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment. Gian Mart may offer free or discounted shipping on certain products or promotional events at its discretion. Shipping costs are determined by delivery location, product weight, and courier charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your delivery. This tracking link allows you to view real-time updates on the shipment status. If you experience difficulty tracking your order or notice an unexpected delay, please contact us at support@gianmart.com and we will assist you promptly.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order at the shipping address provided during checkout. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a re-delivery or contact you for rescheduling. If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional delivery charges.
7. Order Packaging and Handling
All orders are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it from the courier and inform us immediately. If you discover damage after accepting the parcel, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and details at support@gianmart.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers must ensure that accurate shipping information is provided at checkout. Gian Mart will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to inaccurate information, re-delivery may attract additional charges.
9. Delays in Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control—such as bad weather, natural disasters, courier delays, or government restrictions—may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the revised delivery timeline. Gian Mart shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier operations or external disruptions.
10. Non-Delivery and Lost Packages
If your package is lost or misplaced during transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service. Upon confirmation of loss, we will provide a replacement or a full refund for the undelivered product, depending on availability and customer preference.
11. Partial Deliveries
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability, warehouse location, or packaging requirements. Separate tracking details will be provided if the items are dispatched in multiple shipments.
12. Change in Shipping Address
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@gianmart.com within 6 hours of order placement. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
13. International Shipping
Currently, Gian Mart ships only within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly when applicable.
